New services and products available in store

Famciclovir Once (Famciclovir 500mg) Tablets 1 dose/3 tablets, now available instore, for the treatment of cold sores. One dose treatment taken at the onset of a cold sore infection.

Pharmacists can now prescribe selected Oral Contraceptives.

It involves a short consultation with the Pharmacist and if the criteria are met we can prescribe either three months or six months of the Oral Contraceptive Pill.

Pharmacists are able to supply an emergency supply of one month of Oral Contraceptive Pills.

Pharmacists can now provide funded NICOTINE REPLACEMENT THERAPY (NRT) without a prescription from a doctor or QUITLINE provider.

If you would like to take advantage of this service feel free to come in and have a short consultation with the Pharmacist at no charge.

If you are eligible, we can provide up to three months supply for the usual prescription charge of $5.00.

This applies to HABITROL GUMS, LOZENGES and PATCHES.

If you are intending to QUIT SMOKING now is the time to do it!

Vigisom (Melatonin otc pack is now available for sale without a consultation for customers 55 and over (pharmacy only medicine).

Any age that have a community services card and their dependent children 14-17 years old, from an approved provider (PHO or public hospital). For those with a community services card from a specialist or dental, or private hospital there is a $5.00 charge (A2 code).
